I heard that Tekni-Plex is combining its Colorite, Natvar and Dunn organizations. What can you tell me about it?

The Tekni-Plex Medical business unit will offer all the products and services formerly supplied separately by our Colorite, Natvar and Dunn. Customers will have a dedicated sales and customer service team representing all product lines. Our goal is to be a trusted advisor, helping our customers make the best decisions on their most important business issues.

As a customer, should I be concerned about disruption of my supply chain?

Absolutely not! When it comes to our manufacturing locations, product quality and delivery – nothing changes. Our globally integrated operations will help us provide better and faster solutions to meet your needs.

If you are now calling yourself Tekni-Plex Medical, will I have to update my systems?

You do not need to update anything in your systems. When it comes to our manufacturing locations, product quality and delivery – nothing changes. Going forward the Colorite, Natvar and Dunn names will be used as product brands.

Will my customer service representative change?

In some instances yes, as now you will have a dedicated sales and customer service team representing all product lines. Our goal is to be your trusted advisor, helping you make the best decisions on your most important business issues through deep engagement, expertise, innovation and quality. You will be contacted by your new team shortly, if you haven’t been already.

I have known the GMs of Colorite Natvar and Dunn for a long time. Are they leaving the organization?

No, and we are very happy that Ian Kenny, Bob Donohue and Duane Dunn – the GMs of Colorite, Natvar and Dunn Industries – will continue to play significant and impactful roles in our new organization.

Are employees concerned about a reorganization?

This is actually a very exciting change, enabling us to offer all of the Colorite, Natvar and Dunn products through a dedicated sales and service team. Tekni-Plex is developing new roles and positions. This is an investment, not a cost cutting measure. We think it will be a win-win for us and our customers!
