Single dose plastic packaging for a multitude of uses

Single-dose plastic packaging vials are available in different shapes and capacities, with sizes from 0.3 ml to 10 ml. As compared to blow/fill/seal technology, the vials offer a more attractive physical appearance, uniform drug delivery, flexible closure design and printing capability, ability to mold with barrier materials versus only one material, more uniform wall thickness, and recloseability. These are all attributes that are not possible when the single-dose vial is blown, filled, and sealed in one stage.

Five-vial strips are available in recloseable or non-recloseable options.
Single dose containers can accommodate liquids, gels, or creams.
Manufactured in ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanrooms.
Injection molding creates a smooth orifice with no burrs, flashes, or sharp edges, helping to enable safe dispensing near sensitive areas, such as eyes or mucous membranes.
Ideal for preservative-free liquids.

Easy to open, use, and reclose.
Dose precision; no wasted product.
Sterilization available with gamma, beta, or EO.
Ink-jet coding, text embossing, and/or labelling are available. Vials are also available in colors and can be decorated by pad printing.
