Tekni-Plex, Inc. Completes the Acquisition of Elm Packaging		SOMERVILLE, NEW JERSEY, July 22, 2002 – Tekni-Plex, Inc. today announced that it has acquired Elm Packaging Company. Terms were not disclosed. The transaction is structured as an acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Elm by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tekni-Plex. Tekni-Plex, Inc. is a global, diversified manufacturer of packaging, products and materials for the healthcare, consumer, and food packaging industries.
