From the new office, Tekni-Plex will serve Argentina, Uruguay, Guatemala, Peru, Chile, and the southern portion of Brazil. Tekni-Plex, Argentina will serve the region's pharmaceutical and closure liner customers with product from its own conversion facility in the city, as well as provide direct sales coverage for PVC specialty resins, PVC specialty compounds, medical tubing, and rubber products. After careful evaluation of the market, Teki-Plex became convinced that the company would do well in this part of South America, which is an important and growing commercial region.
