SOMERVILLE, NJ Tekni-Plex, Inc. has announced that it has signed a long-term licensing agreement with Tokyo-based Sun A. Kaken, one of Japan's leading film converters and laminators. The announcement was made by Michael Franklin, International Vice President of Tekni-Plex.
As part of the terms of the agreement, Tekni-Plex will provide Sun A. "Tekni-Plex is the first western company in the high barrier films business to have a direct presence in this all-important market," said Franklin.
