| 2008 | Tekni-Plex announces formation of Tekni-Plex India LTD. |
| 2006 | Tekni-Plex Technologies (Suzhou) Co. Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary formed to establish a manufacturing presence in the Asia-Pacific region. |
| 2002 | Tekni-Plex completes the acquisition of Elm Packaging. |
| 2000 | Tekni-Plex acquires the Super Plastics Division of RCR International, Inc. Tekni-Plex, Argentina, S.A. formed to serve South American markets. |
| 1999 | Tekni-Plex acquires Tri-Seal International and NATVAR. Tekni-Plex, Inc. (Singapore) formed to serve the Southeast Asian market. |
| 1998 | Tekni-Plex and PureTech merge. PureTech becomes wholly-owned subsidiary of Tekni-Plex. |
| 1997 | Tekni-Plex acquires Cambridge, Ontario facility of PurePlast (formerly Hoechst Canada). |
| 1996 | Tekni-Plex acquires Dolco Packaging Corporation facilities. |
| 1995 | Tekni-Plex acquires Flemington, NJ facility of Hargro Packaging. |
| 1984 | Expansion of Somerville, NJ plant. |
| 1971 | Second plant built in Somerville, NJ. |
| 1967 | Tekni-Plex was founded to acquire the General Felt Products Division of Standard Packaging. |
